Today, we’re excited to introduce you to Rob, a project manager who travels frequently and enjoys biking and hiking. Like many of us, Rob wants to maintain his active lifestyle and avoid issues like lower back pain, which is why he’s focusing on strength training.

Rob’s Journey: Starting with Our Semi-Private On-Ramp

Rob is starting with our Semi-Private On-Ramp, a program designed to help individuals build strength safely and effectively. Over the next five weeks, Rob will:

  • Work one-on-one with Coach Chase to master the four major strength movements.
  • Participate in one small group personal training session each week, ensuring he gets personalized coaching and guidance.

The On-Ramp program focuses on providing individualized cues and corrections, making sure every athlete moves with proper form before transitioning into our semi-private group training.

Our semi-private training offers the best of both worlds—personalized coaching in a small group setting. Athletes like Rob get the attention they need to improve their strength and form while enjoying the accountability and camaraderie of working alongside others.
