WHY SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING?
Enjoy the advantages of our semi-private program, with a maximum of 6 athletes per 8 week program. This program allows for focused and intentional training, ample coach interaction, and the opportunity to learn from and motivate one another. Additionally, by working out with the same cohort across all 16 sessions you will experience the added benefits of layered accountability.
Semi-private training ensures personal attention. In a small group, your coach can focus on you and help you meet your goals.
