I’ve been part of the Woodslawn Fitness community for six years—first as a member, and now as a coach. Over that time, I’ve seen how the right nutrition makes all the difference in an athlete’s progress.
I love working with newer athletes, especially those 50+, to build confidence in both fitness and nutrition. As both an athlete and a coach, I’ve seen firsthand how dialing in nutrition can improve consistency, boost energy, and prevent injury—helping athletes get the most out of their training and day to day life!

My passion for nutrition started with my own journey—growing up vegetarian, I was always mindful of getting enough protein and proper nutrients.
This curiosity led me to earn my Precision Nutrition certification four years ago, deepening my understanding of sustainable health. Now, I help people create lasting changes, especially those who “know what to do” but struggle with consistency. My coaching meets you where you are, providing practical solutions that empower you to make better long-term decisions. I particularly enjoy working with women who feel overwhelmed by diet culture and conflicting nutrition advice.
