On-ramp program
New to strength training or CrossFit? Maybe you’ve got some experience but want to ease back into your fitness routine?
We know everyone comes to us with specific goals in mind, which is why we’ve designed an amazing On-ramp program just for you.
Our 5-week On-ramp offers two tracks: one for our semi-private strength program and one for our CrossFit group classes. No matter which you choose, you’ll get personalized one-on-one attention, curated sessions or class selections, a nutrition consultation, an InBody scan, and a 90-day goal review.
Your On-ramp is just the beginning. After successfully completing the program, you’ll receive a tailored plan built around your schedule, accountability level, and comfort, all designed to create a lasting fitness routine that helps you reach your goals faster.
Nutrition
In week two you meet with Anna, our amazing nutrition coach, receive a body composition analysis and learn a bit more about how to properly fuel your body for your goals.
Accountability
Week 6 we will discuss your goals once again, schedule your 90 day goal review to keep you accountable and prepare your personalized program for the next 3 months.
Build Strength
In your On-ramp you will be coached through proper movement patterns promoting faster strength gains and injury prevention.
Gain Confidence
All your sessions will be conducted in a one on one environment, focusing on your fitness journey and building confidence with your movements.
