Kim’s Strength Story: From Unstructured to Unstoppable

We talk a lot about the power of structure, support, and showing up.
But today, we’d rather show you, with Kim’s story.

Two years ago, Kim joined us without a clear strength plan. She was juggling everything—a full-time work-from-home job, two kids, and zero spare time for herself. Sound familiar?

What she did have was a desire to feel better, get stronger, and finally carve out space to prioritize her health.

Enter: Semi-Private Strength Training

AKA small group private training at 7 or 8 AM. Tailored programming, a coach watching her every rep, and built-in accountability that fit her real life—not a fantasy calendar.

And the results?

Let’s just say Kim wins the “Most Improved Squat” award. Possibly of all time. Seriously. We’re talking massive progress in strength, technique, and confidence.
